Howdy!

On this page, you’ll find some info and links about photobooks I’ve put together. I want to compile a few every now and then, put them up for free or for purchase (if you’d like a copy in your hot little hands). Of course, if there’s no link to buy a printed copy and you’d like to buy one, drop me a line on my contact page and I’ll get ya sorted.

Or I’ll try to - turns out printing is a huge pain in the ass.

But I’ll do it for you.

2021 portfolio photobooks (parts 1 + 2)

God, it’s been a strange few years, hasn’t it?

Despite the general chaos of 2021, I managed to turn out my biggest professional and artistic year yet. To prove it, I’ve produced a couple quick photobooks to pop on Issu for you to have a look. Think of this as part recapping a strange and wonderful and trying year and part hey look maybe hire me for your artistic, corporate and professional photo needs because I’ve been everywhere, man. Or just look at the nice photos, I’m not a cop.

2019 portfolio photobook

2019 was a huge year, and absolutely one of my biggest so far yet as a photographer.

Usually, I put together a quick page with a few of my favourite shots from the year. While I was thinking about that, I was toying with the idea of photobooks and zines, so I decided to rush together a very quick photobook with some of my favourite shots (and people) from the year.

Enjoy!

An Incomplete List of People I’ve Seen Before and During Lockdown

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing a bundle of people since March 2020, when the pandemic began in earnest. Of course, I saw all of these lovely people while adhering to the restrictions in place at the time and kept a good social distance, because I’m not a dickhead. Partially to keep track of the folks I’ve hung out with, but mostly because I always have a camera on me when I travel around, I took a photo of most of the people I saw.

When Stage 4 restrictions were announced in late July/early August, I was one of the many folks who had a bit of a crap time reconciling the restrictions and what they meant (fully backing the approach of locking things down, just obviously not enjoying it, you know?). I tried to use this crap time in a productive way and create a quick lil’ photobook - an incomplete list of people I’ve seen before and during the 2020 lockdown in Melbourne. The photobook is full of pictures, stories and little tidbits from these catchups. It’s not so much of a book about the pandemic (though it’s obviously created in the context of the pandemic), but more about the nice little moments you have when you spend time around good people.

The photobook is for sale if you want a physical copy. But finances are also pretty grim for just about the whole world this year, so the entire photobook is also up online for free. I hope you enjoy the book, however you enjoy it.
